Isabelle Hébert joins AG2R LA MONDIALE as of June 29, 2020 as a member of the Group Management Committee in charge of strategy, digital, marketing and customer relations.
Franco-Swiss, Isabelle Hébert, 47, is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique (ENSAE 1997) and holds a Diplôme d'Études Approfondies (DEA) in economics.
She began her career in 1999 in the United States, before moving to the Middle East to join the health insurance groups CIGNA Corporation and Aetna Inc. in 2005, where she successively held the positions of US Director of Product Development and Innovation and Director of Strategy and International Marketing.
In 2010, she was appointed Director of Strategy, Innovation and Marketing for the Malakoff-Médéric Group, before becoming Deputy Managing Director of Insurance and a member of the MGEN Group Executive Committee in 2013.
In 2017, she was appointed Managing Director of the MGEN Group and Director of Innovative Services for the Vyv Group, of which she is a member of the Group General Management Committee.
Isabelle Hébert is also a member of the Parité Assurance association.
